Patrul Rinpoche arrived in
Belgium
in 1996. He founded his first Dzogchen center in 1998 and since then, numerous other centers in Europe and
Asia
, where meditation classes, retreats and studies are organized and guided by Rinpoche or other invited Lamas. All these Dzogchen centers are under the spiritual guidance of Kyabje Pema Kalsang Rinpoche and are part of the network of 500 monasteries and affiliated centers of the Dzogchen Monastery in
Tibet
. The altruistic activities of Rinpoche include methods of alleviating suffering, as well as translating, publishing and distributing Dharma texts.
