Nowadays, stress, information overload and the unceasing activities of our life create obstacles to our mental peace and balance. Meditation is a timeless method which has been tested by generations of practitioners as well as by modern science, and proven helpful in keeping a calm and relaxed mind while engaging in our day-to-day situations.

7:00-8:00 breathing exercises and individual meditation (optional)
8:00-9:30 Breakfast
10:00-12:30 Teaching or group meditation (with a break)
13:00-14:00 Lunch
14:30-17:30 Teaching or group meditation (with a break)

19:00-20:00 Dinner
20:00-20:30 Discussion and sharing experiences (optional)
Partial attendance for this event is not possible.
There will be no online attendance for this event.
